In his daily work, Dr. Johannes Scholz applies his expertise as a patent attorney in the diverse fields of mechanical engineering, thin-film technology and electrical engineering, particularly in the areas of polymer engineering, automotive engineering and glass manufacturing and refinement. Furthermore, he has broad knowledge in the fields of medical engineering, particularly in the fields of magnetic resonance tomography and in biophysics. 

His primary practice covers patent prosecution, the defense and attack of patents in opposition proceedings as well as the preparation of expert opinions on patent infringement cases and the enforcement of intellectual property rights before German courts.
