Press release dated January 12, 2021
Like its Munich and Duesseldorf offices, the Paris office of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG has become a multi-professional law firm. It now brings together French attorneys-at-law and French patent and trademark attorneys within a single practice structure.
BARDEHLE PAGENBERG has been registered with the Paris Bar of attorneys-at-law for more than 25 years. It is now also a member of the French National Bar of patent and trademark attorneys (Compagnie Nationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle).
This move strengthens the firm’s IP rights management activity in France, particularly in the field of patents. It is in line with the professional philosophy inaugurated by the founders of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG in Munich more than 40 years ago: To provide its national and international clients with comprehensive integrated services for the management and enforcement of their IP assets.
This development also means that BARDEHLE PAGENBERG now offers not only French attorneys-at-law but also the most talented French patent and trademark attorneys the opportunity to pursue a full career up to partnership at its Paris office, with the opportunity of joining litigation teams in France and Germany.
The first local partner to join the Paris office as a French patent attorney is Marie-Claude Pellegrini, Ph. D. Computer Science and European Patent Attorney:
