Humphrey Morhenn’s main areas of practice include the fields of mechanics, robotics, telecommunications, thin film deposition technology, and physics. He particularly has extensive knowledge in the areas of semiconductor physics, polymer physics, electron microscopy as well as x-ray and neutron technology, which is brought into play in the prosecution of patents.
His main areas of practice also include drafting patent applications, providing support and assistance in grant proceedings, as well as defending and attacking patents in opposition proceedings. He also drafts opinions on the infringement and validity of patents and enforces IP rights in patent infringement proceedings.
