Dr. Thomas Dreiser practices law in all areas of intellectual property, focusing on patent law and IT law.
He represents national and international clients in patent infringement proceedings and assists in the cooperation with the firm’s patent attorneys in nullity proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court as well as in opposition proceedings before the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the European Patent Office.
Thomas Dreiser has comprehensive experience with respect to standard-essential patents (SEPs) and FRAND issues.
Furthermore, he regularly provides advice on software license agreements, on IT-outsourcing projects and cloud computing matters, including copyright implications relating thereto.
