Quality Management System

In order to further increase the quality of our legal services, BARDEHLE PAGENBERG has introduced the Quality Management System (QMS) according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.

The ISO 9001 standard is based on the central collection and monitoring of the relevant work processes and core activities of the firm. By way of regular sample taking, the various results of the firm's work are monitored and evaluated with regard to their organisation in order to remedy any apparent organisational deficiencies in due time. In this respect, also reclamations received from clients are taken into account. Our Quality Management includes external service partners too, such as our foreign partner offices and research bureaus.

The Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 does not concern the professional qualifications of the attorneys and legal staff.
