The practice as a patent attorney comprises patent prosecution and litigation in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and information technology; patent opposition and invalidity proceedings before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, and the Federal Patent Court.
Alexander Wunsch handles numerous German and European patent applications, particularly in the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and information technology sectors. Currently he has successfully defended a German client with a team of the firm’s attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys before Düsseldorf District Court in patent infringement proceedings concerning motorbike equipment.
