Alexander Wunsch handles numerous German and European patent applications, particularly in the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and information technology sectors. Currently he has successfully defended a German client with a team of the firm’s attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys before Düsseldorf District Court in patent infringement proceedings concerning motorbike equipment.
Furthermore, Alexander Wunsch has successfully defended a US client against a patent in the field of digital image processing. He also defended a client with global operations against a challenge arising from a patent for forklift trucks.
