Dominik Woll advises German and international clients on issues of patent litigation and technology-related copyright law, competition law and antitrust law. Together with other attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys from the team, he is involved in  cases relating to patent and copyright infringements as well as competition law, frequently on a transnational level. He also draws up expert opinions on possible IP infringements.

Dominik Woll work in various technical areas, especially in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and telecommunications.

Dominik Woll furthermore focuses on legal matters related to contractual copyright law, especially employee-related copyright law.
