Marie-Claude Pellegrini has a long-time experience in intellectual property law and in particular in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, enforcement of patent rights, licensing, managing and auditing patent portfolios, freedom-to-operate studies, patent infringement and validity litigation, including opposition and appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office as well as national proceedings before the French Patent Office and IP related contracts.

Her technical fields of expertise include in particular computer science, electronics, information technology and telecommunications, smart cards, mechanics, automotive field and aeronautics.
