Advice of German and international clients in patent litigation, drafting of license agreements and other IP-related agreements, advice with regard to employee inventions law and matters of unfair competition law. In cooperation with the firm’s patent attorneys, Michael Kobler takes part in proceedings relating to cross-border actions, enforcement of patents, design rights, copyrights and claims concerning unfair competition, including protection of business secrets. In this context also preparation of opinions on possible infringement.

Experience in particular in the fields of Internet services, telecommunication, IT and software, sporting goods, medical devices and chemistry. 

A further focus of Michael Kobler is on the legal aspects of repairing and maintaining patented products.
