Patent Attorneys

The practice of Dr. Christian Haupt concentrates on both utility patent and utility model prosecution before the German and European patent offices as well as defending and attacking patents and utility models in opposition proceedings before the competent patent offices, in particular in the fields of mechanical engineering (e.g. sports equipment and medical engineering), telecommunications (e.g. LTE mobile Radio communication standards and mobile terminals), IT and computer-implemented inventions, electrical engineering and navigation technology.
