Advice and litigation in intellectual property matters, with a special focus on trademark, domain name and unfair competition law.

Xavier Fàbrega has many years of experience in all aspects of trademark practice, including trademark prosecution, trademark search and clearance, handling of trademark portfolios and representation in opposition, invalidity and appeal procedures. He litigates cases before the Spanish and the EU courts, as well as domain name disputes before the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Centre.

Xavier Fàbrega is a member of ECTA and of the Spanish group of AIPPI. He is an Attorney-at-Law admitted to the Barcelona Bar, a chartered Intellectual Property Attorney in Spain and a European Trademark and Design Attorney admitted to practice before OHIM.
