Industrial property law, particularly patent prosecution, enforcement of patent rights, infringement litigation, licensing, auditing of patent portfolios, patent infringement and validity litigation, including opposition and appeal proceedings at the European Patent Office as well as national proceedings before the French Patent Office.

Dominique Dupuis-Latour's practice implies cooperating with teams of lawyers from other jurisdictions on a regular basis, as well as international litigation cases with proceedings in different countries. His technical fields of expertise include telecommunications, wireless appliances, software, various medical devices and health products, the automotive sector, the aerospace industry and weaponry.

Being both a qualified attorney-at-law and patent attorney, Dominique Dupuis-Latour is also experienced in French patent litigation procedure and in French discovery proceedings ('saisie-contrefaçon'). Dominique Dupuis-Latour frequently takes part as a patent attorney in complex international patent litigation in France and Europe, particularly in cases requiring coordination with parallel litigation in other European countries.
