Jochen Baumann’s practice primarily covers patent prosecution and opposition proceedings before the German and European Patent Office as well as patent infringement and nullity proceedings in various fields of telecommunications, mechanics and physics, particularly in the fields of mobile communications, sporting goods, medical engineering and optical measurement techniques.

Due to his comprehensive and broad education in the fields of physics, mathematics and computer sciences, Jochen Baumann is quickly acquainted with new topics and technologies.
