Patent Attorneys

Georg Anetsberger represents German as well as international clients in all patent related matters. He prosecutes patent applications before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office. He also regularly provides expert opinions regarding infringement and validity of patents. His work further focuses on opposition and nullity proceedings as well as the enforcement of patents before the relevant German courts, often involving coordination with parallel proceedings in other jurisdictions. Several years of interdisciplinary research work in various fields of experimental physics, such as laser and semiconductor physics, enable him to cover various technical fields of physics, mechanical and electrical engineering. Georg Anetsberger has extensive experience with cases in the fields of laser technology, optical storage media, RAM, medical technology, electronics, plastics technology, sports equipment, LTE and other mobile communications standards, etc. Due to his double-qualification as a patent attorney with a university degree in business administration he can particularly factor in strategic business aspects and economic needs when advising clients.
