Another special expertise of our firm lies in the field of domain name disputes where Dietrich Beier published a case book on German, national and international domain name law. We defend and represent our clients before national courts and the domain name arbitration centers in Geneva (.com, .org and many other topleveldomains) and Prague (.eu). Two of our colleagues, Dietrich Beier and Stefan Abel, are arbitrators with the World Intellectual Property Organisation in Geneva; Dietrich Beier is also an arbitrator for the new .eu arbitration and advised the Czech Arbitration Court which is so far the only Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider responsible for the top level domain.eu on the set-up of a new arbitration proceeding.
