IP Conference: Trading with Asia

Entering the Asian Market: The Challenges of TechTransfer & Licensing

BARDEHLE PAGENBERG and Yusarn Audrey in cooperation with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) are pleased to invite you to their IP Conference on Wednesday, June 8, 2016.

Asia is a key engine for the global economy. It comprises more than 4.4 billion people (60 % of the world's population), and is the fastest growing economic region and the largest continental economy by GDP (purchasing power parity, PPP). It is therefore not surprising that trade with Asia is blossoming. The conference attempts to investigate the relevance of technology transfer when trading with Asia. What is the role of technology and trade secret licensing?
