My legal clerkship at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG

Max Steinhausen

Max Steinhausen studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. There, he focused on competition law, intellectual property and media law, and was a trainee lawyer at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG. Now, as an Attorney-at-Law, he is employed at BARDEHLE PAGENBERGs Munich Office.

“I have decided for BARDEHLE PAGENBERG because the combination of working atmosphere and professional standard is unique. Besides the excellent professional qualification and the appealing working environment, the treatment of the employees is special: Here, one gets fostered and challenged; however, one is never pressured or played off against one another (which cannot be taken for granted in this line of business).”

My time at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG as Patent Attorney Candidate

Dr. rer. nat. Nadine Albrecht

Nadine Albrecht is a patent attorney candidate at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG. She successfully graduated (with the German “Diplom”) in bioinformatics at the Ludwig Maximilian University and the Technical University of Munich. Thereafter, she did her doctor’s degree (Dr. rer. nat.) in natural sciences at the “Helmholtz Zentrum München” (IBIS).

“I have decided for BARDEHLE PAGENBERG because the high number of foreign clients and the above-average percentage of patent disputes in day-to-day business allow young professionals in the field of intellectual property rights to gain insight into many interesting aspects of a patent attorney’s profession. Additionally, many former big shots of the EPO, the German Patent and Trade Mark Office and the Infringement Courts work at BARDEHLE PAGENBERG as consultants. Of course, they can also help the employees and candidates with words and deeds at any time and may provide them with a fast and valuable assessment of facts of a case, concerning any status of proceedings.”
