In the recent past, Thomas Friede successfully defended a patent relating to a therapeutic substance before a Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office while another important case related to a diagnostic assay. In a current case, Thomas Friede is part of a BARDEHLE PAGENBERG team of patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law litigating a medical device patent of a US manufacturer.
