
Patent prosecution, patent infringement and validity litigation in a variety of technical fields, in particular telecommunications, electrical engineering, special purpose machinery manufacture, computer-implemented inventions, ciphering systems and medical devices.
A number of international clients have entrusted Martin Hohgardt with the prosecution of their patent applications at the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office.
Martin Hohgardt regularly works in a team with attorneys-at-law of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG representing clients in patent infringment proceedings at the District Courts as well as in the corresponding validity proceedings.
Martin Hohgardt is a regular speaker on topics in the field of patent filing and patent filing strategy and has published several articles concerning his practice (see publications). He is heading the firm's Düsseldorf office.
