

Patent prosecution, patent infringement and validity litigation in a variety of technical fields, in particular telecommunications, computer related inventions, ciphering systems, medical devices and mechanical engineering.
Among other clients, a market leader in special machine manufacturing and a major telecommunication company have entrusted Martin Hohgardt with the prosecution of their patent applications at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office. Further, Martin Hohgardt regularly forms a team with attorneys-at-law of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG to represent clients in patent litigation proceedings at the District Courts as well as in the corresponding validity proceedings (see publications).
