His technical fields of expertise are medical devices, telecommuni-cations and the automotive industry. A further focus is patent prosecution in these sectors. He also advises his clients in matters relating to licensing patents, particularly with regard to technology transfer under German and European antitrust and competition law.
Johannes Heselberger has successfully conducted important patent infringement proceedings, often across national borders, for client companies of various sizes that are world leaders in their techno-logy.
He regularly lectures on topics in the fields of patent infringement and patent valuation.
