

Patent prosecution and litigation in the field of chemical and medical engineering. Jochen Schwarz joined the firm in 2001 and has in the meantime prosecuted a large number of German and European Patent applications, in particular in the medical field. Last year, Jochen Schwarz was part of a team of patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law of BARDEHLE PAGENBERG defending a US medical device manufacturer in a patent invalidity case at the German Federal Supreme Court.
