

Joachim Mader's practice focuses on the prosecution of patents and utility models in the field of mechanical and chemical engineering, including opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office. Among his clients are one of the world's largest manufacturers of float glass and fabricated glass products and one of Europe's leading manufacturers of automotive connectors. Joachim Mader has particular experience in the preparation and evaluation of patent portfolios for due diligence analyses as well as validity and infringement opinions.
