Patent prosecution and litigation in the field of mechanical engineering. Since joining the firm in 2001, Alexander Wunsch has prosecuted a large number of German and European patent applications, in particular in the automotive field. Recently, Alexander Wunsch was part of a BARDEHLE PAGENBERG team of patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law defending a Taiwanese machine tool manufacturer in a patent litigation at the district court Düsseldorf.
