He has long-time experience as a software engineer, support engineer and service manager in high-tech applications. He gained valuable industry experience and broad technical knowledge in several fields of information technology.

Particular areas of past experience include the design, develop-ment and test of system software for a telecommunication system at Siemens Communications Enterprise, further, employee inven-tions concerning patents in the field of computer-implementation and analysis of system problems in communication systems and in global service processes.
