As a member of a team of attorneys Verena Wintergerst is primarily concerned with judicial and extrajudicial enforcement and defence of national and European trademark and company name rights, including unfair competition law. She represents clients in the food and consumer health care sectors as well as manufacturers of disinfectants, fire protection technology and medical devices before the German civil courts and the Federal Patent Court. Other main aspects of Verena Wintergerst’s legal practice comprise counseling in IP licensing matters, pretrial advice and litigation, in particular in license contracts and in copyright matters concerning musical works.
