Counselling and litigation in the fields of trademark, design, unfair competition and copyright law.

As a member of a team of attorneys Verena Wintergerst is involved in a series of infringement cases in Germany regarding the enforcement of trademark and design rights. National and international clients come inter alia from fields such as consumer health care and the food sector. She was also active in drafting license agreements of copyright, for example for musical works.

Besides her legal practice Verena Wintergerst takes part at the External Programme of the University of London for obtaining a Master of Laws Degree with a specialisation in International IP law.
