Olivier Legrand is active in audits of intellectual property rights in the context of acquisitions and mergers.

Patent litigation is a significant part of his activity. He represents both international and French corporate clients before the French courts in patent infringement and nullity cases. The cases he handles relate to patents concerning electronics, machine tools, mechanical engineering and sports equipment.
