Valérie Perrichon is active in trademark and unfair competition matters as well as design, copyright and internet-domain issues with a focus on trademark protection, prosecution, clearance, enforcement and litigation. She is advising clients on a national and multi-jurisdictional level in matters of industrial property law, IP related contracts as well as conducting trademark and availability searches.

Valérie Perrichon handles cases in various fields such as comic books, travel agencies, luxury, transport services, fashion, jewelry, pharmaceuticals and the food industry. One of the litigations in which Valérie Perrichon has been involved is the recognition by the Paris Appeals Court of the well-known character of a trademark and the protection of this famous trademark for all goods and services that can be sold under this trademark.

Valérie Perrichon is in charge of the management, prosecution and enforcement work of world-wide trademark and brand portfolios, including trademark and design registrations as well as advice in relation to counterfeit goods. Other areas include trademark acquisitions, licensing and merchandising.
