Thomas Schachl represented a well-known French sporting goods manufacturer in cases concerning patents and misleading advertising and a leading producer of RFID Smartcards and ePassports in patent infringement litigation as well as in nullity proceedings and out-of-court disputes. In another case, Thomas Schachl counseled an innovative German producer of medical devices in patent litigation which involved also European-wide parallel infringement and nullity proceedings.
