Litigation and counselling in the fields of patent, utility model, employee inventions, unfair competition and civil procedural law. During his traineeship, Thomas Schachl gained additional experience in the field of IT-law and expanded his expertise through master studies in intellectual property law in Exeter/UK and Dresden. In 2006 he joined the BARDEHLE PAGENBERG team as attorney-at-law and practices at the firm's office in Munich.
