Thomas Huber is involved in a series of infringement cases in Germany regarding the enforcement of the new Community Design right. He also is active in the campaign against product piracy and the distribution of counterfeit products, in particular via the Internet. Thomas Huber is co-author of a publication of a European-wide up-to-date collection of the emerging national case law on the Community Design, to be published shortly.
