Litigation, counseling and licensing of trademarks, copyrights; unfair competition.

Recently, Philipe Kutschke was involved in several trademark and copyright litigation cases, e.g. in the automotive industry. He was also active in negotiating license agreements concerning software and fashion. Presently, Philipe Kutschke is involved in several cases of trademark infringement litigation.

Besides his legal practice Philipe Kutschke is working on a doctoral thesis concerning former national emblems.
