

Litigation and counselling in matters of trademark and unfair competition law.
Recently, Karin Thanbichler-Brandl represented a client in major litigation between two global players in the fast food sector. In addition she is involved in on-going litigation between market-leading manufacturers of household cleaning products. In these cases, Karin Thanbichler-Brandl has counselled the clients on complex questions of unfair competition and advertising, and together with her team has obtained a number of preliminary injunctions.
Since 2001 Karin Thanbichler-Brandl has been a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences, Augsburg, on various legal subjects with a focus on intellectual property.
