Counselling and litigation in all matters of intellectual property, in particular patent litigation, antitrust law and unfair competition. Jan Kardaus joined the firm in 2002 and has since then participated in a number of intellectual property cases. Recently, he was part of a BARDEHLE PAGENBERG team of attorneys-at-law and patent attorneys representing a US company in an international patent litigation at the District Court of Düsseldorf.
