Bewertung: Kaum eine andere IP-Kanzlei verfolgt das Konzept der gemischten Kanzlei so konsequent wie Bardehle mit ihren sehr präsenten Prosecution- u. Prozessabteilungen. Das sichert ihr weiter einen Platz unter den führenden Patentpraxen hierzulande. Ihre Prozessexpertise bei Patent- und Rechtsanwälten stellte sie im Smartphonekrieg an der Seite von Apple wieder eindrucksvoll unter Beweis. Obschon es Hogan Lovells, Freshfields und Hoffmann Eitle gelang, in dieses Bardehle-Stammmandat einzudringen, vertraten Bardehle-Partner große Teile des Mandats. Bewertung: Die Marktwahrnehmung dieser im Marken- und Wettbewerbsrecht häufig empfohlenen Traditionsboutique ist wie bei vielen gemischten Einheiten weniger von ihrer wettbewerbsrechtlicen denn von ihrer markenrechtlichen Expertise beherrscht. Hier war Bardehle zuletzt neben der umfangreichen Markenverwaltung auch häufig in Prozessen zu sehen. Flankierend ist die Praxis für ihre Mandanten jedoch zunehmend auch im Wettbewerbsrecht tätig. Oft betreut die Kanzlei dabei hochkarätige, häufig internationale Mandanten.
